Conference Producer:
  Responsibilities:
  • Working with Business Head to come up with timely, salable topics
  • Regularly monitoring competitors' conferences and conference positioning
  • Finding and signing up conference speakers (eight to ten speakers per conference)
    and coordinating all pre-conference prep
  • Drafting marketing copy
  • Creating conference script and handout materials, in conjunction with a graphic designer and a proofreader
  • Maintaining a list of past speakers and possible contacts for future conferences.
  • Coordinating with Business Head to redevelop conference content as needed
  • Monitoring conference attendee feedback and customer satisfaction levels
  • Developing workshops and Exhibitions
  Requirements:
  • Posses at least a good Bachelor Degree
  • Good telemarketing skills required
  • Education and corporate training experience preferred
  • Good command of the English language
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, self-driven and result-oriented attitude

Admin officer:
  Responsibilities:
  • The conference coordinator liaises with speakers in the preparation for an event making sure that materials are submitted on time and that all speaker requirements are met at the events. Coordinators also manage speaker travel and accommodation requirements as well as close internal co-operation with producers. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, enjoy communicating over the telephone and good at working to deadlines. Each coordinator manages up to five conferences each month making this role highly demanding. The role can be used as a training ground for conference production. Articulate and capable of communicating with senior managers.
  • Should know all Accounting Procedures and Office Administration.
  Requirements:
  • Confident and accurate manner when dealing with telephone and written contacts
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and to deal with customers, speakers and hotel venues face to face
  • Ability to work under pressure and at speed
  • Ability to meet deadlines with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously - responsible for handling own workloads and self motivated
